At Milkshake our IT Services fall into 3 categories, Emergency, Maintenance and Infrastructure.

Our emergency services are available 17:30-09:00, 5 days a week and priority is provided to our contract customers only usually with same or next day service.

Our disaster recovery package customer receive 7 days service as per the terms of our contract.

Maintenance is scheduled in order of how critical this is to your business and many of our customers take advantage of our out of hours service, preferring to have words done in the evening or at weekends. This might be upgrades to hardware, network infrastructure or even software upgrades.

Infrastructure is also a scheduled service but normally only affects clients business when new cabling, systems or servers are commissioned into the business.
