Milkshake Computers is an evolution of our Web Design Company, Milkshake Design and was founded in 2005 to service requests from our web design customers and their growing businesses.
From our base in Macclesfield, Cheshire, we service clients throughout the UK.
Our aim with Milkshake Computers to provide value and quality Network and IT Support, a methodology which we carried over from our Web Design business.
In 2019 the company was taken over my Mikki Tiamo and is still a family business with emphasis on our support and services.
Our focus has always been to provide cost effective IT Support and keep our clients networks and computers working and our customer in business.
We excel in this field and our customer retention ratio is close to 95% due to the care and support we offer. We offer a professional and friendly service and in most cases we go above and beyond to fit, inform and support our clients.
Our owner has been involved with computers and programming since the early 1980’s with involvement in the computer games industry, the internet and networking services since the early 90’s.
Our clients are from a broad spread of industries from Artificial Grass Companies through to Zoology supply companies, with more and more emphasis recently on Holiday and Residential parks.
Our team come from a variety of industries from Customer Support, Networking, Security specialists, Access Control and Electricians.
Each member of our staff brings their own talents and knowledge to our work.
